고려대학교 2010-1 편입영어 출제경향

고려대 편입영어(KUET)는 지난해와 같이 제한시간 100분에 객관식 4지선다형으로 총 70문항 출제되었다. 지난해와 달리 동의어 문제는 출제되지 않았고 General Structure 10문항, 그래프와 관련된 3문항이 새로운 유형으로 나왔다.

문법  Written Expression 10문항, General Structure 10문항 총 20문항이 출제되었으며 복합관계대명사, 대명사의 일치, 분사구문, 목적어의 위치, 가정법 과거완료, 간접의문문의 어순, 2형식 동사 go, to 부정사 등 다양한 문법사항이 포괄적으로 출제되었다.

논리완성  one blank 16문항, two blanks 4문항 총 20문항이 출제되었다. 구동사 유형의 문제는 거의 출제되지 않았고, 글에 나타난 정보를 이용하여 문장의 흐름 속에 알맞은 어구를 추론하는 유형의 문제가 주를 이루었다.

독해  9개 지문에 그래프 1개를 포함하여 총 30문항이 출제되었다. 지난해와 비교하여 그래프를 제외한 독해 지문의 수는 같았지만 문항 당 문제의 수가 증가하였으며, 추론문제(특정 어구에 관련된 추론, 지문 전체를 통한 추론)와 빈칸완성 유형의 문제가 많이 출제되었다. 또한 처음으로 그래프 유형의 문제가 출제되었는데 난이도는 높지 않았다. 지문의 내용으로는 스마트폰 전쟁, 국가조직 자본주의, 통신시장의 확대되는 경쟁, care theory 등 인문, 사회과학 분야에서 많이 접할 수 있는 글이 문제로 출제되었다.
